Boy Toys....

At my new/old job the ranger office is in the south end of the building and the maintenance office is in the north end of the building....and in between is the "shop".
I'm learning a whole new assortment of "Boy Toys"...
There are tractors....red ones...blue ones...and the green ones we all know and love....there is a vast array of attachments for these...
There are ATV's plain ones and ones with snow blades...
There are Mules and Gators....strange combo...
There are all kinds of cordless electrical gadgets....like drills, wrenches, drivers, screwdrivers....its like your own little Home Depot...
There's mechanical post hole diggers....trench diggers....and just plain diggers...plus saws of all make...model and size....with and without chains...
There's even flame throwers.....that's what i call them....for starting controlled burns and fighting forest fires....

I'm a little curious about some of these toys.....
Can girls play with them too...?
I'd like to start with the big blue tractor.....the one with the lawn mowing arm attachment...
OK guys.....?!

Guys.....!!!

  1. Sounds like Disney world for old kids. Good things for tough jobs, but much more fun than the pick, shovel, wheelbarrow, and snow shovel.

But a lot of it needed to get the job done with less workers.

Yeah, climb aboard the Blue one!!!!

  2. What fun you are going to have there...I think there is absolutely no reason that you shouldn't be allowed to play too! Hope your day is a great one!

  4. Seems like you are going to have lots of fun. Down here in south Texas we call flame throwers pear burners. John burns the stickers off cactus (prickly pear) to feed the cattle when they don't have green grass to eat.

  5. Trust me. If they find out you are willing to mow the lawn, you'll never get done!
