I'm thankful i found a beautiful Mountain Laurel very close to the Visitor Center front door...
Which means i didn't tromp thru the hot, steamy woods.....
I'm thankful for the prayer warriors out there in blogger land....
Prayer is a "hot" line and just when you think your thoughts and words are not getting thru.....
Look what happens....
"Candee.....tell Sharon G. her prayer group has done it again.....
The state extended my job till June 30th and there's real hope that the new budget will keep the many, many state park seasonal worker jobs until fall.....!!!"
Life is Good
Prayers are powerful. Glad an extension was granted. Beautiful flowers. Enjoy this day!!
ReplyDeleteTruly...prayer is powerful so good for you! things are so fragile right now so glad it has worked out for you and will continue to pray!
ReplyDeletelovely photos...
Oh....love your fowers and yes....the bloggers are just awesome....
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Pic! Which State Park? I've a son who is a NPS ranger so have a soft spot for the parks both state and national!
ReplyDeleteI'm very thankful that your job and those of many others was spared. Job cuts have been prevalent in our state but I haven't heard any news about our parks being cut. We camp at a privately own campground now but when the babes were young we did the rounds of many of state parks and enjoyed them so much. Your mountain laurel is lovely. I hope your Thursday is a great one!
ReplyDeleteGuess we need to pray again to get you to the fall.
ReplyDeletePrayer, where would we be without it? I hate to imagine.
