The hills are alive with...color! We had lots of rain yesterday and most of the golden leaves on our tree out front are now on the ground. Soon the tree will be bare. Hope your Thursday is a wonderful one!
Here in northern Wisconsin, the leaves are all blown off the trees, pretty bare. Enjoy the view on your rides to and from work, that too is limited, and I'll bet you will be glad to be a stay at home quilter, pet sitter etc. ENJOY!
Thanks for the views. We will miss them in person this year, but can remember the beauty of the NC mountains. But no matter the pictures, nothing takes the place of the accompanying smell of FALL.
Ahh, I searched and searched until I found a couple pictures from the High country. Sherry & Jack, down here,

ReplyDeleteThe colors in the trees and the crispness of the air are two of the reasons this is my favorite season of all. Gorgeous trees you have there.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall colors. We don't get them like that here in SoCal.

....I'm sayin'...I swept my deck twice yesterday and it's still covered.

God bless you day sweetie!!! :o)

I know what you mean. Today was windy and leaf arranging. Hopefully they will last a bit longer. Looking good.
