Where were strollers and/or wagons like this when my kids were small..?
The big new invention in strollers was the "umbrella" stroller...
(i always felt like the little ones were folded up in an "umbrella"...like their shoulder were being push forward...anyway!!)
We saw lots of new child vehicles at the Apple Festival this weekend...
There were strollers for one kid...two kids...three kids....strollers that would hold a bus load of kids...adult strollers....adult chairs on wheels... doggie strollers....
Yes...folks...!!
Saw a couple that each had a doggie stroller with a pampered pooch riding along......
the pampered pooches had bows and fancy collars....is this "doggie bling"...?
I don't need a wagon like this...but...i'd love to have one...
Max and Mia would refuse to ride in it......Misskitty.....NO WAY!!
Maybe i could put it on the front porch with a plant in it....
Hummmmm....
Live in the Moment
Wagons are a lot of fun. I often wish I would have kept the one my children had. They are useful when toting things around the yard. My grandchildren have lots of fun with theirs. I've heard of those doggie strollers but haven't seen one yet. Seems like it would be defeating the purpose of walking your dog. Hope you have a terrific Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteLOL,the last part of your post brought back a memory that was a friend of my mom's. She had to be resourceful with how money was spent and would turn lemons into lemonade, so when her husband's workboots finally gave out, she did the next best thing with those ole worn our leathers, she made them into flower pots. It went well with the country motif and got lots of compliments as I recall...
ReplyDeleteThat is nice - almost as nice as a thrown - kids of today are so lucky!
ReplyDeleteWe had our kids too soon!! They have such useful stuff out now. I purchased a double stroller for the cottage, when my grands were little. I would walk one and believe it or not, the dog (Rufus) cried and whined until I lifted him up and let him ride in the empty seat. Talk about spoiled!!!

ReplyDeleteI saw a wagon very much like that one near here one day and I just couldn't believe the cuteness of it!
My cat Susie is way too independent to ride in one. She would think I was trying to take her somewhere she didn't want to go. lol
