This is Lula's Spot...

This is where she sits many hours in the day watching over the Twelve Acre Wood..

She can view the entire valley ... the roads... and both houses from this spot..

She always looks stoic and peaceful sitting there...

Under the large white pine tree keeping watch...

If it was a cork tree (or was it an olive tree in the story?)...

things would be next to perfect....
