You can feel the season winding down, can't you. There's a certain tang to the air, that wasn't there a week or so ago. One day, soon, I'll notice that the robins are gone, and that the Mums are in bloom. Time to store up some more memories.
I was just thinking the same...I do have to really appreciate these last days of summer. The only thing that keeps me going all winter long is the memories of all those little things that sure enough will return again. Have a wonderful Thursday!
It's cooler at night here too, but oh, so hot during the day. I long for October when the rabbit brush bushes will be blooming and it will really be fall.--Inger
Love hummingbirds! My parents have a trumpet vine growing up the dog fencing in their yard and feeders, the hummingbirds come and buzz right by their heads. Great shots you got, they are quick little guys! Blessings, Jill
