Amused......

Since it's Tuesday morning and i really have nothing to blog about.....after all the parental units are in the Lodge....it hasn't rained in four days......the birds are chirping and the sun is out in full force.......Let me tell you about this little thing i saw......On my way to the Wal Marts Sunday morning.........in the distance i saw a motorcycle......no big deal!...there are lots of them up here.....
As i got closer i noticed the cycle had three wheels, was waiting for me to pass, so he could turn into a church parking lot and was being driven by an elderly gentleman...in full Sunday morning dress......white shirt, tie, sport jacket, polished boots and "pressed" jeans.....
Yep!....he had on his "Sunday-go-to-meeting" clothes.......
As i passed ..... i waved and he waved back......then in the rear view mirror......
i saw the little lady seated behind him....
Yep!...she had on those "Sunday-go-to-meeting" clothes,too .......
with her purse and hat in her hand....
Talk about cute........!!??
I amuse easily!

  1. I bet that was a cute site! I guess I got here late in the game so I'm trying to figure your situation out. Did your parents build near you? His parents? Both?

  2. Too cute! I remember getting lost (don't ask me how) travelling with my mother up to Skyline Drive. We stopped in this town and this gentleman that was as handsome as a movie star helped us with directions. He was an older gentlemen but still made my heart flutter, and my mother's too, lol. He was wearing a cowboy hat, pressed jeans and flannel shirt. His hair was white as snow, and eyes a piercing blue. Gosh he was handsome. It sure made getting lost a bit more tolerable! LOL

  4. I love it when I see anyone going to church. How cute that was. I know I see alot of older people out on their motor cycles this time of year. Older like my age...I guess. I've not see any 3 wheeled varieties though.

  8. I've never really mentioned this in my blog. But my husband and I both ride motorcycles. I would have LOVED to have seen that. Pretty darn cute.
