It's Official.....

......I'm in a rainy day, dismal weather FUNK!!
Well this rain ever stop??
Nothing feels right......every things damp......the trees and wildlife are looking a little ragged....Very green!!.....but, ragged!!
My hands hurt......my knees hurt.....my body just feels like it's been hit by a truck!!
Enough.......all ready!!
It's not all bad......Mama Deer came out to say "hello" as i drank my coffee, while sitting on the front porch this morning......yes, it was raining....
Haven't seen the fawn yet.....but, Mama is much skinnyer...is that a word?.....and is looking for food all the time
This is my work in progress......i really like it and it's going together very quickly....

Maybe ..... i can get out of this funk and finish it today.....
Hold=on.....weather report check.........
Wowziers!!.....humidity 93%!!
That's it.....!!
Windows down......A/C on!!!!
Let the quilting begin!!!

  2. Send it to me!! It hasn't rained since June 4th and there is NO rain in the 10 day forcast! It is going to get to 97 today!!

  3. We've had a few sunny days in a row now, but after a bright start it is starting to cloud up and it'll rain here by evening. Your quilt is going to be lovely. It already is. At least you have a wonderful past time for rainy days.

  4. I feel for you because I was in a "June Gloom" funk here in SoCal. But I sure wish you could send a little of that rain our way as we are in a draught and they are rationing water in some areas.

  11. We have had about 3-4 times the amount of our normal rainfall for June and we are only halfway through the month! EEp!!! In fact, we have gotten about 1/4 of our total precip for an entire year, the past three weeks! Flash flood warning and flooding in the lowlands along the Snake River.

    Love this quilt you are working on! Do you have pattern is it your own creation? Are you using charm packs?
