Unhappy Kitty.....

It's a beautiful sunny......cold......snowy morning in the high country!!

Kitty is sitting at the front door......watching the birds and pawing the glass...like a dog.....
'cause she wants......."OUT!!!"

Sorry....Kitty

In a few minutes we have to stuff you in the cat carrier
and take you down the mountain for your yearly check-up...

We'll make it up to you later....
Maybe a new toy...!!

Kitty...??

Kitty.....?!!

Where are you Miss Kitty...!!!!

Enjoy

  8. I always dreaded taking my cats to the vet. It was not ever nice at all.

  9. You get the cat carrier out a week in advance and leave it in a place where it is easily accessible. Two days before the trip to the vet, you open the door. That way, they are used to seeing it around.

Then, the day of the visit, you take a shot or two of whatever calms your nerves (because kitties know if you're nervous, and you're always nervous when it's catch kitty time.)

You casually pet then catch kitty and stuff her in the carrier. After all that, the vet visit is actually a non-event, the only problem being getting kitty out of the carrier that it WOULD NOT go into at home.
