So far we've had a soggy....muddy....Christmas week..
ugh..!
It's been raining for the last three days
and now
the gurus are predicting drastic temp drops starting this afternoon...
oh boy!
But
the silver lining is....maybe....just maybe...
this rain will turn into snowflakes...
Everyday is a Gift
It will be fun to watch but somehow snow and mud just don't mix. It is just nice not to have the freezing rain that is out west.
ReplyDeleteWould also love to see a snowflake or two!
ReplyDeleteThe big drop in temps has come to Ohio. We are 20 degrees colder than we were this time yesterday morning. BrrrChill! There is a chance that we too will see some snow for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteIt is always beautiful in the NC mts. But.... your home state is beautiful and a little overcast. BUT OURS WILL NOT TURN TO FLAKES.
ReplyDeleteI hope you guys do get a little snow, the beauty is worth it.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND ALL IN THE HIGH COUNTRY
I'll be more than happy to share some of my snow with you - I have more than enough to go around.
ReplyDeleteMy Christmas Wish for you, is just a dusting of snow on Christmas Eve. Coming in soft and gentle as the child who's birth we celebrate.
ReplyDeleteDid you get your Christmas wish? I hope so, but the rain is pleasant for resting, too. Merry Christmas Boomer and family!
