At least 10" and in some areas 12+....

Driveway is a mess...my truck is snowed in the garage...CityBoy went to work early Friday morning before dawn and was stuck down the mountain for three days...

Luckily he found a hotel room and was able to get to work for the next few days, while others were snowed in...now he can't get his car back up the driveway.

We never lost power....So....The dogs, Kitty and I were snug and warm..

Now....

Today CityBoy is gonna help me walk down the driveway and then get to work.

Warmer temps and rain today....driveway maybe be a sheet of ice tomorrow...better get all that work done today....

My prayers are with those north of us...!

Had 3-4 inches yesterday and could get up 24 inches in the next 48 hours....

Sounds like a swarm of bees in there and I'm alright standing or sitting....

just don't tilt me to the side....

That was my first thought when we picked up my truck yesterday...

No longer is the left side of the bumper tucked under.

I loveeeeee my truck and I'm soooo glad to have it back.

Driving "the CAR" wasn't too bad....

I always wanted one of these...

You know the ones that appear on the WalMart shelves around Christmas time each year.

The ones that are a quick gift for all those impossible people to buy for...

Just plant the bulbs and watch them grow...!!

Well

There they were next to the cash register with a 50% off sign....

it just jumped into my cart...!!

It's called a "Paper White" and I planted the bulbs about 10 days ago....

To bad I don't have small children anymore...sometimes I thought I could see it grow..

Max and Meg are not impressed...!

The ears are find but there is still some fluid that's causing the dizzies...

Granted it's wasn't much compared to the rest of the nation..

but

it was enough to delay the start of school today and make a mess of the roads..

Me.....I'm sitting here waiting for the ice to melt off my drive so I can go back to the doctor for a recheck of my left ear.....the crickets in there are still singing loudly....still have some pressure driving up to the park and the vertigo (I think) is a little worst.....not a good thing to have while driving up mountains...

Christmas around the Twelve Acre Wood was very quite and green...

Not a snow flake in sight....!!

We all ate to much and played with our new toys...

And

I started the new year with a bulging left eardrum and vertigo...

Talk about my world spinning....whewwwwww...!!

Have to have the ear rechecked tomorrow and the vertigo is still swirling around....

My truck is in the shop getting a new bumper....

Hope to have it back soon....don't like driving "A CAR!"
