We're Back........

....Mom and i cruised in about 3:15 this afternoon ........ a little water logged......never seen sooooo much rain!!! The Atlanta area had flash flood warnings up Friday and Saturday....but,...did it stop three women on a mission.......nawwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!

The beauty above was in the last quilt shop we visited....www.sweethomequiltco.com....in Conyers, GA.........it was done in greens, grays, blacks and white......who would have thought it!!! It's really very different and beautiful......great little place.....!!

Tell you about my two favorites later......ever been to a combo.....quilt shop and feed store? Yep!...it's out there......pictures tomorrow!

    With you guys gone and Mark on the road too it feels a little empty around here. At least now I can get that laundry folded!

    Glad you had a good time even though it was a bit soggy. The quilt is lovely. I just don't think I've ever seen an ugly one though. We camp near Amish country and there are some lovely ones there. Stores everywhere with them. Course they don't give them away either. One store has a museum with quilts over 100 years old. I'll be looking forward to the pictures too.
