As you can see...Mother Nature is at it again!! Took this pix at about 9:15 am...... To the north and west of us there is ice storms.....the mountains seem to be a natural barrier with this system...Today is going to be a quilting day.......

Today is a perfect day for quilting or baking. We are getting a mix of snow and ice here in WV.
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful. I love the blue ridge mountains. My family always tries to visit Skyline Drive each year to take in the Fall. My sister and BIL actually take more frequent trips and will do weekend camping trips. I'm not that out doorsey, lol. My idea of camping these days is a RV hooked up!

ReplyDeleteI've always thought that I'd like to live in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I always feel a sense of connection when I travel through the area, or when I see photos. Perhaps that's one of the reasons that I'm drawn to your website. I've also wanted to learn quilting. Thank you for sharing your beautiful landscape as well as other aspects of your life. I love the story, "Found the Snowmen."
