    There are few slow turkeys out in the wild, they can run fast and silent. When running won't do they can burst into flight and then glide to safety. Such a neat bird until you see a butterball in the store freezer.

    Neat entry. I am surprised at the population of Turkeys. We see them all over the place. Methinks folks forgot how to clean them.

    We used to see a family of them at the woodline on our property...they go pretty quick on foot, lol.
