Looks like an ordinary....ohhhh..... say......12 foot Frasier Fur....Right?!
Why am i posting a picture of tree branches??
Well....what you can't see.....'cause my camera needs a better zoom lens.....is that this tree is quivering, there are soooooo many birds in it...!!
Hidden in the branches are cardinals......blue jays......sparrows.....wrens......doves......some sort'a little gray feathered friend.......a few i have no idea what they are and even several crows.....
I just threw cracked corn and birdseed on the hard packed snow and they are waiting for me and the dogs to go inside....
Then the feeding frenzy will begin.......and give the dogs hours of barking pleasure...!
Enjoy

How nice of you to feed the birds. I did see a pair of cardinals and a smaller bird with a white looking breast. Bet you will enjoy all that barking LOL.
ReplyDeleteAwww, I wish I could see all of them. I sure enjoy feeding the birds around here. They provide hours of entertainment. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI saw four birds!
ReplyDeleteWhat a joy that must be to see. Birds and more birds. I think most of ours went south. I like the spot in the sun where the diva is parked.
ReplyDeleteI saw several birdies...so nice that you throw them tidbits..and let the barking begin LOLOL...sunny here today...just a bit of snow now and then...kinda like it cannot make up its mind as to whether to dump a load or keep it all to themselves????!!!!! LOL...God Bless..hugs..Ora
ReplyDeleteFunnY! Like the tree is "possessed" if you didn't know better! My little cocker Ben goes out and stands facing the woods barking at the deer. He can't see them but he knows they are there. We are coming out of the deep freeze today with highs in the mid teens...tomorrow in the 30's, whoo hooo!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that all the different birds can get along well enough to share the same tree. I think the birds I could see in the picture are the scouts. They'll let the others know when the coast is clear. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThe birds have been active around the deer feeders here.
Wow you do have a lot of birds. Aren't they wonderful to watch. Hugs
ReplyDeleteHow neat, and you are right enlarging your picture does show the birds..thank you! We have our feeders filled, but so far the birds have not visited...it is very cold here, just 8 degrees so we are hoping to help the birds! We have had a problem with a Black Bear family and were advised by the Game Commission to delay feeding the birds...and I am hoping the bear family is in hibernation and the birds can have a turn!
ReplyDeleteI see them!! We had our little snow down here in Georgia so I made sure to put some feed out and we have had the best time watching all the birds! My cat Ruby really loves it!
ReplyDeleteLibby
How fun is that. I saw the red bird...went back to look for more. Several people are posting about feeding birds and squirrels... guess I better get busy (o:
ReplyDeleteI would love to see a Cardinal.
ReplyDeleteI can make out 3 of them in the pic
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, those birdies look happy!
ReplyDeleteThe little gray fellows with pointed tuft on head are Tufted Titmouse. Titmouses? Titmice?
ReplyDeleteLovely gift of birds in a tree...
